  • Teacher + Facilitator

It is my joy and passion to share the practice of yoga. Knowing how much it goes beyond the physical practice, I am fortunate to witness how it can change lives, just as it has changed mine.

    Trust yourself, trust your practice.

Your Guide

Emily loves the simple joys in life. The first sip of coffee in the morning, the warmth of the sun, the sounds of nature. Practicing and teaching yoga has allowed her to connect more deeply to these simple joys, and this is what she loves to share with her students. It's not about what shape you make with your body, it's about what you learn from and through the movement. Emily has a passion for movement which began with her love of dance from age six. She has been teaching yoga since 2016.

Emily is also a part-time elementary school teacher. Since she was a child she knew she wanted to be a teacher. She loves experiencing the simple joys with her students and learns so much from them about how to enjoy and embrace the present moment.

While teaching yoga, Emily exudes joy and invites her students to try their best, especially when facing challenges. She offers gentle and encouraging guidance to help those following explore their own movement a bit deeper. She is passionate about giving people tools through yoga to help them gain focus and perspective in their daily lives.

Emily aims to live a healthy life in her mind, body, and soul, on and off the mat. She loves to spend time in nature and be close to the water. Emily grew up and currently has her home base in Canada, though she is regularly on the move, traveling and teaching around the world as well as online.

With a heart full of adventure, Emily is at home wherever she is.
